Don't use it with a Full Frame camera though. **Q: Does the lens at 10mm clear the mirror? I wouldn't use it at 10mm but if I zoom wide my mistake, don't want to damage the mirror on my 5D** A: The mount works on crop sensor cameras. It will not clear the mirror on a full frame camera. If you're looking to expand the camera use of the Canon 10-18mm lens or just looking to upgrade the mount to be more durable, this thing has you covered. I not only wanted a more sturdy mount but also the ability to pair it with my BMPCC 4k/Metabones speed booster combo so I had something super wide. After finally installing it, it works beautifully although it vignettes at 10mm (solved at about 11-12mm. Just be aware of one minor problem that could make your life terrible. The screws that come with this thing are horrendous. At a certain point the screws didn't go in all the way which meant you couldn't mount the lens to any camera. Resolved to use the original screws, I was able take them all out but 2 which had stripped. I then had to patiently use a pair of pliers to slowly pry the screw out which I eventually did.
