The box and instructions were all in Chinese. When I tried to use the catheter on my Dad, the first urine completely soaked him - it did not even hold a drop of urine. Then when I tried to complain, I got a real idiot from South Africa (guess India is too expensive these days). They would not return my money until I returned the urine soaked catheter to them (which of course is ridiculous- it will not be unused). So I had to throw it away, and lost my money.
