I have used Beano for decades, handy pill form, very effective, have no desire to try any other product. I follow instructions, chewing tabs just before eating gassy foods.

Habe viele Probleme mit meinem Darm ,seit ich letztes Jahr eine darmverschlingung hatte. U.a. starke Blähungen ,egal was ich esse .Mit beano haben sich meine Beschwerden sehr gebessert . Ich kann mich endlich unbeschwert bewegen , auch nach schwereren Mahlzeiten .

sorry but this dietary supplement has no effect on gas, flatulence. I tried for several days, but it does nothing.

This is a miracle medicine for people who have difficulty digesting foods like beans, cabbage family vegetables(Cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts) , onion and garlic. This is just an enzyme some of us are missing in our stomach/ digestive tract. This enzyme helps with digestion. Absolutely no side effects. Only thing is you have to take this table 15-20 min before eating a meal. It keeps a check on your stomach and a happy gut. I highly recommend this product.
