How thick a packet fits into these? 10 pages? 50? 100?

sorry i have no idea how thick 10 pieces of paper are but each one are maybe double the thickness of the paper they hold .

Are theses waterproof? Want for outside use

They protect from water but are not sealed at the top so you can insert whatever you are protecting… maybe you can tape the top … but tape is not waterproof
