Fits perfect
10” fairlead bracket fits perfect. Plate hardware make sure to put bolt on backside with tightening nut facing out or you will not be able to fully raise license plate to access winch cable.

Worked for Me
It would not fit my Smittybilt X20 fairlead in the top position as shown in the Amazon photo. I mounted it on the bottom of my fairlead and I am happy with it. I tightened the frame bolts because I don't need it to swivel. The frame doesn't seem to interfere with the fairlead, but if it does, I carry a small wrench and hex key with my winch controller just in case I need to remove it when winching. 2016 Wrangler JK Rubicon with factory steel front bumper, Mopar winch mounting plate, Smittybilt X20 winch.

Good quality with a couple of flaws...
For the most part this is extremely well made. The textured powder coating or bedliner is pretty tough. HOWEVER it falls down in 2 areas. (1) the Torx hardware was too short to go through the bracket and my heavy duty front receiver bracket - needed to be 1 cm longer and (2) the hinge hardware is poorly designed - I've re-tightened the hinge many times and it still will not hold in the up position more than once - after you raise it once you will need to tighten it again before it will hold in the up position - then repeat the tightening after every time you raise it. Will need to be taken apart and redone with nylon washer to get it to stay without having to mess with it each time.
