This is how I received the products yesterday. It was for Christmas. I tried one and it seems to be working but I am very disappointed. Plus it looks like cheap quality :((

Tried it out twice already. Steam flow is just right. Easy to fill water and discard when finished.Love the flour of the steamer.

Love that it has a good steam non burning. It immediately starts. Mine broke after 4 months of use, however the seller has been great and offered a replacement. For this reasons I will give the product 5 starts.
