First Botany, 100% Pure Peppermint Oil - Premium Peppermint Essential Oil for Aromatherapy, Massage, Topical & Household Uses - 1 fl oz

I have been buying First Botany Peppermint Oil for a couple of years now to use on cotton balls or little sawdust bags as a mouse repellant. Not only does it make the house smell great, but we haven't seen any more of the little critters since we started using it. It's a pretty good price for pure peppermint oil too, compared to others I'd tried first.

I bought this to use on our hummingbird feeders. I use my finger to apply sparingly and the bees avoid the feeders but the hummingbirds don’t mind the scent at all. Very happy with this product! Thank you!

I purchased the 1 oz bottle as they were discounted at the time of review & gave it the benefit of the doubt of the quality of the oil and bought an extra one - sure glad I did, it is a one of the highest qualities no doubt just the scent alone on a few drops is extremely powerful. After research I decided to try an essential oil potent enough to rid my house of fruit flies and gnats this summer instead of man-made repellents or insecticides. Peppermint is a natural repellent of not only gnats but mosquitoes, I have noticed after applying a few drops near where I work in the house, as I work from home, a reduced number of either midgets, gnats, no seeums ( no-see-ums ), fruit flies etc & my house smells like a candy factory, pleasantly welcomed of course but the flying insects hate it obviously. I would definitely recommend this product and I will continually consider purchasing it should be at an affordable price, beats the alternative of man-made pesticides, repellents or high-priced exterminators!

Product comes in glass bottle, but the dropper is plastic. In the case with this 1 ounce bottle, the plastic dropper was inconsistent with the bottle size. Since it didn't fit, it cannot be left in the bottle. (I personally wouldn't leave essential oils in either a plastic bottle or use with a plastic dropper - so would NOT have used anyway. Very unusual to receive a plastic dropper with an essential oil.) The scent is good, but seems less strong than my previous brand. I'll pass this brand by next time.

Great product, and reasonably priced.

This is my favorite peppermint oil, I use it for many things. I love adding a few drops to my bath after a long day at work. Sitting at a computer all day makes you stiff. This oil is so comforting. Good for skin, or just inhaling to make you relax. Great product!!!

Used this peppermint oil to discourage mice. Had some of these critters into everything. Called pest control and they didn't do one thing to rid me of them. Put a few drops on cotton ball for kitchen drawers and it kept them out. But they did get into other things. Best thing was getting a cat. No more mice!!

This works well to help the spiders out of the house.
