LevelUpWay - Hydrogen Generator Water Bottle SPE PEM Technology Water Ionizer (Borosilicate Glass, Silver)

So this is a complicated one - LevelUpWay don't sell this product in Australia, but Amazon US allowed it to be shipped here anyway. So when the glass cracked from the pressure generated during electrolysis, the vendor had a lot of difficulty getting spares to me. Amazon refused to help, so he offered to refund me the purchase price, but as I didn't feel it was his fault, I didn't want to accept the refund. So we worked out an agreement where he'd send a replacement glass to a US based re-shipper for free, and I'd have it shipped to Australia at my expense. LevelUpWay stands behind their product. It would have been easy for them to tell me that this was Amazon's problem, not his. But he stuck at it, and I'm very happy. As for the product itself, it's good. Generates a strong amount of gas, looks good, decent number of uses between charges. I'm happy with it.

This is really easy to use and works well as far as I can tell. I really like to coloured lights that show when it is ready. I charged it from my laptop with no problem. Nicely made. Very pleased.

Works exacly as intended, makes great tasting water. Good battery life. A little over priced for any water bottle ... but if you want good health ?

I have used this bottle for years with no issues. There are no filters to change. I washed the bottle daily because bacteria are attracted to hydrogen water and you want to keep it sanitary. Don't over tighten the lid, you can get leaks. It does leak if it's not tightened properly. I believe one side of the bottle tightens better than another so try to keep track of which side to put in the base. The water tastes the best when I use Poland spring water to fill it. Other brands don't taste as good. The the water definitely boosts your energy. Makes it more likely for you to drink water when the water tastes so good after hydrogenation. I use citric acid to soak it when the bubbles decrease and you need to let it run a few times with water to take out the taste of the citric acid. I bought a second bottle to keep at work, but it had a chemical taste. If you have any issues like a chemical taste from your bottle return it and try another one. My first bottle didn't have any of these issues. I am very sensitive to chemicals.
