First I heated two tablespoons of oil. when it was hot sautéed the couscous for 10 min. Added the boiling water, simmered for 15 minutes, then let sit for 20. An oily mess. Tried a second time using no oil. Boiled the water in a pot, then added the couscous. Simmered for 15 minutes. Then let it sit for 20. It all stuck together like oatmeal. A gluey mess.
