Hisense HDE3211BBUK 60cm Electric Cooker with Ceramic Hob-Black , A Rated Double Oven

I’ve had this cooker for a few weeks now and it’s a really good oven. It doesn’t come with a cable, but I used my one that was already installed as i had an electric oven previously and took about 10 mins to connect it up and get it going. So easier if you’ve had electric prior. The instructions tell you to put it on max heat when you first buy it with no food inside, so if you don’t read instructions just remember to do that. The oven comes with a timer, so you need to put it to the time you’re looking at and press the middle 3 lines and you’re good to go. Otherwise it’ll time itself out and you need to reset the timer which isn’t the end of the world. I bought the 60cm one and it’s gracious in space, it doesn’t take a little time to heat up but I’m only assuming it’s because it’s new. It came with a tray too and it’s quite quiet, I used the Amazon haul away service to take my trusty 16 year old oven away after it finally gave in which didn’t cost anything extra and I didn’t have the old oven lying around waiting. Overall it’s a good electric cooker that does what you need it to do, don’t be put off by the bad reviews.

😭Broke/ stopped working totally after a mth , the Grill did not get hot . I have scorch white marks from bottom oven use ... Customer service is crap .... I would not advise or recommend this cooker .. ps I never give bad reviews but this has to the be the worst purchase I've made in all my years. I'm now left waiting for a call and then a date for a technician to write it off and then a date to collect and and refund, in the meantime I'm left with nothing 😭 . . I was 2 days over the return date , I should say it looks ok n nothing wrong with hob when it worked. I mainly use the hob as to why I did not notice problem with grill .. just about managed to grill fish after an hour ... Next night no power to cooker at all 😕 . My advice is buy another brand. . Only gave 1 star as couldn't give Xero

Yes met and exceeded expectations

Everything works well,heats up really quickly, easy to install, only negative is it doesn't come with a grill pan , can use the baking tray and porley fitting rack but slightly disappointed, otherwise fantastic .

Noise level low, cooking performance good, ease to use size good , heating speed good

We were happy with everything with the cooker other than the grill. No matter how long we left it to heat up the elements never went red hot. The design of the grill area prevented us getting the grill tray as close to the elements as we wanted. Toast took a long time to brown and by the time it did the crusts were very hard. Everything else (hobs, main oven, top oven) was as good as we had hoped. Because of the grill issues we returned the item and replaced with a Teknix where the grill does heat up as it should. Special shout out to Amazon customer service for their help in sorting out our issues and the two guy delivery team who delivered, uninstalled, installed and removed previous cooker and all the new packaging. Both guys were extremely pleasant and helpful.
