Extremely poor quality product. I purchased this tap thinking it would be durable and premium because of the SS-304 stainless steel claim, but within a short period of use it started giving multiple problems. The biggest issue is water leakage. The tap started leaking from the joint area and sometimes even after fully closing it, water keeps dripping continuously. This is very frustrating and wastes water every day. Another major problem is water flow stoppage. The flow suddenly becomes very slow or stops unevenly, which makes regular use difficult. I had to repeatedly clean and check the tap, but the issue keeps returning. The internal quality clearly feels cheap and unreliable. The black bronze finish also does not hold up well. Water marks, stains, and scratches become visible very quickly, making the tap look old and low quality. The handle feels loose, and overall the product does not feel sturdy at all. Installation was also troublesome because the fittings were not properly finished. Completely disappointed with this purchase. The product may look stylish in online photos, but in actual use it performs terribly. Definitely not worth the money. I would strongly recommend spending a little extra and buying from a more reliable brand instead of wasting money on this.

Ok ok product.... Quality is a bit low

Decent product, good looking. But reduced the rating after 2 months since the product had developed a very very tiny hole(smaller than a safety pin tip) at the handle and water was leaking drop by drop due to water pressure. Had to close it with Fevikwick gel. But otherwise had no issues in general.

Really great product for amazing price. Very good product. Mostly people don't know about purchase online is smart. Few people's only know. Be smart 😉. Thanks Amazon.

very poor product ever. i was using this product from last 4 months but after using it for one month only it started pouring water slow and then some internal issues now that resulting continuously leaking water after closing. i would not recommend to buy this product to anyone. and the important thing i will mention is the customer service of the brand is not bothering to resolve the issue after reaching them for long. frustrated.

I bought and installed this in Dec-2022. The tap is lightweight but not very well designed to handle the long neck. The product started leaking water after 4-6 months of use and upon investigation showed a broken spindle inside. Recommended not to buy this as it would start showing damage within 6-8 months for sure. Also, if you have kids at home who would use this often then don't buy this tap as it gets loose pretty quickly.
