The product arrived on time with undamaged packaging. The mail drill is much lighter than I expected, but it’s good since I am new at doing my own nails. I plugged everything in to ensure that it works and all seems well. The drill have various speeds, I would recommend starting out with the slowest speed of you’ve never done this before so that you do not hurt yourself.The parts seem sturdy, the bits grit in the handle snugly, the sanding pieces fit on just fine as well. Nothing seems wobbly like I saw in some reviews.Overall I think this is very nice for the value. I will update once I receive my other materials and actually use this drill. Based on my initial review, I would recommend this to anyone looking to begin doing their own nails at home, definitely a money saver.

And it’s not even dead yet! I bought a white one of these in 2019. It’s 2025 and… I am looking for a replacement because something did happen inside and now it’s very loud. But it STILL works! I came back here because while shopping for a new one, I read a bunch of reviews about other machines that quit working within a week or a month and thought I’d take a look at the reviews here and see if it’s worth buying again. The reviews on this e-file are about on par with the reviews of other e-files in this price range so I might take my chances. I’d say if you are using this as a professional e-file (like daily), that could be a possible reason it seems to not last. I use mine every 2-3 weeks for my own nails only. Good luck to those of you who buy it! I’ve had good luck for the last 6 years! I wish you the same! (But I’m still shopping for a quieter one.)

This is the 3rd nail drill I’ve owned over the years.First one was professional grade & lasted 10 years. Next I bought I cordless & battery never lasted long enough to sand off all 10 fingers of gel.Was looking for something in between those two and chose this one.The unit is light weight. For holding and using it, that is a good thing so your hand doesn’t tire quickly. The base though is also lightweight and moves easily when using. I’m considering some sort of Velcro to attach to my table. Still working on the best solution.It’s simple and no complicated features.If you’re new, the speed adjustment on the unit itself will be great. If you’re used to foot peddle.. it could be a pain. But this is a home unit so shouldn’t deter you from a purchase. You should be happy.A couple times it seemed to want to quit. It “ hesitated” just a fraction of a second. But seems all ok.Price is right for a home unit!

Bc about three products it only showed that and this time didn't say leave the seller feedback" like all other products normally Do!!) But it wouldn't let me😒!!!! Id really love & appreciate this situation to be/& get fixed!Mine stopped working after just under a year!!! I really liked it.. eventho its feels really light! But bc of how well it worked, I didnt mind. All I did was stick some Velcro on the bottom of the nail drill & on my nail desk.. to set it to not move. but now it's not working and & its been like this for days!!! (& yes i tried everything I could ESPECIALLY bc now *only half* of my nails are done!!!So I'd really, REALLLYYY like them to send me a replacement or something! cuz this really sucks😮‍💨🫩 this is the second one I bought, too!!!!🫩 So please message me!? I change my polish a lot and always use a gel o coat with suv light I also got on amazon. I got tired of going in and paying for simple polish changes between my fills so I got this. Now I can simply and quickly file off the gel polish and reapply my new color and a fresh gel top coat and go! Free! Lol. It’s super easy to use with multiple power levels. You can have it go slow or really fast. Comes with multiple head changes. There’s a head for serious heavy filing, top coat buffing finer polisher, and even a tiny one for the cuticle area and a super tiny one for doing under the nail. The main large filer comes with 3 bags of files that go on the top. It’s a seriously powerful little machine and super light and easy. I love it!

This is my first electric file, and I am so glad I purchased it! I have been doing my own nails for years and I could never get the leveling perfect. I would recommend 10/10 on this for beginners or professionals. This file is great on natural nails and quick on any form of fake. The machine is lightweight, and will move, but the cord is long enough to where you shouldn't have to stretch it. It has multiple settings for speed, and two for direction. After inspection of the sanding heads, only 1 was peeling. (There's 3 bags of a ton of paper heads, and a small pack of metal heads.) It felt great to hold, not awkward at all. The noise is no louder than you would expect it to be. For the price you get a lot of replacement heads, which are not quickly destroyed, and a great product!

First ever nail drill and I really loved it... until it broke down on me. I received this item on June 2nd and not even 2 weeks later it broke down on me and the drill itself won't turn on. When it is plugged in, it says that it's on; however, when turning on the actual drill part, it won't go. Really disappointed for I know I would've loved this product. (1 Star)EDIT: I reached out to the company and they gave me an option to get a refund or a new product! They ended up sending me a new product and I am very happy with this one. Compared to the first one I got, this one does not heat up very my nails as quickly as the first drill did. I can also tell that it works a lot better than the first one because it buffs a lot better. Very happy that they gave me the option to choose for a new product or a refund.
