Love the zipper, it's what was missing on the non-zippered ones. Why? Going to bathroom to use the Toilet / Urinal is silly when you have to pull your pants all the way down like a little kid or something. The zipper makes it normal. Pockets are nice too, and the pants are very comfortable. Just a little too roomy, but that can easily be taken care of by ordering the 2XL instead of the 3XL. I'm not sure if all the sizes are this way, I'll find out when the 2XL arrives.

Had two of them rip on the side. I wear shorts on my job year round so these are good but wear pretty quick, for the money they are very pricey but they do work. I’m a big guy so they are pretty durable for me. I would recommend these. They need to improve stitching on the sides is my only complaint

This is a Father’s Day gift & it arrived with great timing he is a Big & Tall Dad not certain of the fit as it is a gift but the pants is of good quality material not thin & it feels good to the skin not scratchy

and so do I! The Amazon Essentials Men's Big & Tall Drawstring Walking Shorts are surprisingly well made, they look nice on, and do not wrinkle excessively, for being cotton. They look good after being washed several times. We ordered a few different styles in this brand and were pleased with all of them. These are comparable to national brand names, seriously. It's about time someone makes nice clothing for big men at a reasonable price. Way to go, Amazon!

My husband is really pleased with these shorts, especially considering the price. They fit as expected, hold up to washing well and are comfortable for all day wear.

These are fantastic shorts. Quality is good and the fit is great. Everybody has a slightly different body type but for a big and tall guy like myself, I love the length and fit around the waist. They have a button and zipper but also a drawstring in case you need it! You can wear these around the house or out and about. I Highly recommend these shorts.

These are comfortable and they fit decent in the waist. They are snug in the legs and you can't spread your legs without fear of ripping the thin fabric. I can see these being ripped open after a couple times being worn.
