Shoe Bubble Orthotic Insole – Memory Gel Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis, Pronation, Heel Pain, Arch Supports, Midfoot Support (Transparent (Thicker Support), Small)

I have plantar fasciitis and it has been excruciating for over a year now. I’ve tried KT tape and orthotic inserts. My orthotic inserts helped the most, but on the days I wasn’t wearing the shoes with the inserts, I would re-injure my plantar fascia again. I could feel it tearing. I didn’t want to wear boots all the time (where my orthotic insoles lived). In the summertime I wanted to be able to wear my favorite leather flip flops to the beach, pool, etc. I decided to give these a try. I followed the instructions and applied them to my flip flops. I was careful at first when I wore them, thinking that the oils from my feet and the leather would prevent a good adhesion. I wanted the inserts to really grip the leather. They did! Within a day, I knew they would stay in place and you can barely see the inserts when I’m wearing them (I got the clear ones). I’ve been enjoying my flip flops again for the past 6 months and my feet don’t hurt anymore! They’ve stayed in place and I haven’t even had to take them off and reapply them! They’re just the right amount of support for my arches. I will say that the top plastic film (that you’re supposed to leave on them) is starting to peel up at the edges, but I wear them a lot. The attached picture is of my 6 month old inserts. Exposed parts of the gel insole, where that plastic has torn off, are starting to slightly deteriorate. I imagine I might get another 6 months out of these, if I don’t mind how they look. Honestly, I don’t care, because THEY WORK! They’ve given me more shoe options and cost way less than my prescription inserts! I could move them from shoe to shoe, but at this point, I’ll just get a few more pairs and put them in ALL my shoes instead! The sum total will still be cheaper than my prescription inserts!!! No more heel pain! No more foot pain! Just comfortable support! Thank you!!!

I had gotten new tennis shoes a couple of months ago. I walk 7 miles a day. I started to get Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot. I had it years ago. I couldn't figure out why it was coming back. Several days later, I realized I had not added Soul insoles to the new shoes. Problem solved! Best product!

These are really nice. I have worn them in high heels, tennis shoes and flip flops. They kept my feet very comfortable, kept my plantar fasciitis at bay, and stayed in place well. At first they looked too wide for my shoes, but curved and fit nice. Then, I rinsed, let dry, and they were good as new. It takes a few times to get the position just right, but then you learn the right spot for your foot. I will be offering a second pair.

I have tried everything for my high arch plantar fasciitis. The left foot felt ok for the first few hours, the right foot hurt as soon as I put them in. Adjustments throughout the day to try and find the perfect spot but never found it. I guess I am destined to have foot pain.

I thought my days of wearing heels were over because my feet arches ache all the time. OUCH. I'm constantly rolling my feet out, even after wearing flats. I didn't discover these inserts until just the other week for the first time when I realized THERE ARE OPTIONS other than to experience achy feet. I guess I just thought it was the shoe, so I tried to change all of my shoes, but found that every pair meets me with the same arch pain, unless they're super cushy slippers :) I'm so dang lucky to have landed these inserts, I was dubious at first, but I'm not willing to give up my heels or surrender to pain just quite yet. I gave these a shot, and realized that this is a major game changer for me after strutting around my house in my favorite pair of heels with these inserts. What do I love about these and why do I recommend this option for you? First, the adhesive is perfection. They are sticky, but not too sticky, allowing for re-position as I determine what placement is going to serve me best. They don't move around in the shoe after I insert them. They stick right down. They aren't too much of support either. That would create pressure on my foot the opposite way!! Instead, they mold to my feet perfectly. What a great little creation. Other than the fact that I wish they were a little longer to reach the balls of my feet so I can feel like I'm walking on clouds entirely (which I see I can adjust them to suit me even better), They offer complete support for my arches, eliminating all strain on that portion of my foot. Problem solved. I might get something else for the balls of my feet for some other shoes I have as well, but these are making a drastic difference and I'm so grateful! I also found out they restick like new after being washed. HOW AWESOME. I imagine they won't work for every pair of shoes, but they even work for my flip flops actually. So, even with flats, I'm recognizing a major amount of support. I am recommending these to all my girlfriends who wear cute shoes that are slightly uncomfortable, or my male friends who have highly arched feet. THESE ARE WORTH IT. Guys make your life easier and get rid of the tired painful part of having feet! :)

I don't typically write reviews -- good or bad. But this product is a game changer, so I wanted to share my experience with all of my fellow Plantar Fasciitis sufferers If you suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and have tried every stretching exercise and every shoe insert on the market with no relief-- you should try these! I had always been an active, energetic person, but my Plantar Fasciitis pain reached a point where it took the joy out of everything and was forcing me into a sedentary lifestyle. I stopped doing activities in my free time. I had to work up the nerve to take the first step out of bed every morning; had to hold back from moaning in pain every time I had to get up from my desk at my full time job; and was just about to quit my part time job because I could no longer tolerate all of the walking and being on my feet for 5-9 hours per shift. But, I decided I would try one more solution before giving my notice. Through luck of the draw Soul Insole was the one more solution I picked. The day they arrived my heel pain was almost unbearable. I put them in my shoes and got instant relief! But I figured the real test would be wearing them for a week -- including on my 16 hour days when I am sitting at my desk for 8 hours, followed by being on my feet for 8 hours. Well experiment complete. With these insoles in my shoes (athletic shoes, dress shoes and sandals) my feet are so happy. Most of the time my relief is 100% -- and even after long days and long hours on my feet my level of pain has gone from a 9 to a 1 or 2 at the most (on a scale of 10) . After a few days of using them I noticed that even my first step out of bed in the morning seemed less painful. They take the pressure off of my heels without making my shoes tight and they don't get smelly like other inserts. They can easily be moved from shoe to shoe. Just rinse them thoroughly when you take then out of your shoes, lay them out to dry (adhesive side up) for a few minutes and the adhesive regains its stickiness, so you can use them over and over in any shoe. I just bought a another pair -- just in case I lose or damage one of my inserts. I don't ever want to be without them again. If you're suffering from Plantar Fasciitis you should seriously consider giving these a try.

These insoles are the best! I rarely write reviews, but these have really made a difference in my life and I want to share about them. I always had high arches, but later in life, it seemed my arches had started to fall, at some point a couple years ago I had plantar fasciitis. It was excruciating. I feel like I bought so many different things and nothing worked. These were the only insoles that had enough support for me and took the pressure off my heels where it hurt the most. I'm so happy that I've healed up now and I can go about my day without painful feet. I have 3 pairs of these insoles that I keep in the shoes I move most and just move them around occasionally. Sometimes they get dirty and they don't stay in place as well, but that's when I know to wash them off, once they dry, they're nice and sticky again. I remember it took a little while to get used to the way that they feel, but after a couple weeks my feet had adjusted and stopped hurting. Even though I'm better now, I keep wearing these Shoe Bubbles because I never want to go through Plantar Fasciitis ever again. Thanks for an amazing product!

Finally, RELIEF and corrective functionality. GREAT product! Thank you for a simple product with great results. I've been through 27 different orthotic insoles, custom and over the counter type, but none have solved the cause of arch pain when walking. Some were a waste of money. Others were good and better. Most just treat the symptom with cushioning, stiffness, or cushioned stiffness. Cushioning limits the space available for your foot. Stiffness limits the motion of your foot. This product does neither. The Soul Insole is a simple flexible gel device that works with the body's muscles, allowing you to utilize the original insoles of great footwear that was previously making the shoe painfully usable. After receiving my first Soul Insole, I tried them in every pair of shoes with the original insoles, which worked great now. So i ordered 4 more Soul Insoles for convenience. That way I won't have to swap them between shoes so often. Remove the original insoles and place the paper instruction sheet (cut in the form of a shoe insert) in the shoe. Put a permanent mark inside the shoe where the arrow points. Now line up the arrow on the left and right Soul Insole and put the original insole back in the shoe and enjoy walking again. :o) If you move them from shoe to shoe, they get full of debris and are not sticky. Just rinse the sticky side with water, rubbing off the debris and let them dry a few moments. The stickiness returns and you are ready to place them in another shoe.

Un acierto total. Desde hace unos años tengo problemas con los pies. Cada cierto tiempo se me carga e inflama la planta del pie produciendo una fascitis plantar. Normalmente uso plantillas de gel que son las que mejor me van y procuro que el calzado tenga la plantilla con la forma del arco,ya que lo tengo muy marcado. Compre estas plantillas para probar y van fabulosas. Las he colocado en unas sandalias ya que ahí no puedo poner plantillas y de momento muy bien . Ni se han movido ,pegan genial . Todavía no he probado a lavarlas a ver que tal. En la publicidad ponía que al limpiarlas volvían a pegar. Ya os contare . De momento geniales

Buenísimas, tras seis meses teniendo fascitis y yendo a fisioterapia, me las compré y me desapareció la fascitis en dos semanas. Han pasado dos años y siempre tengo unas por si acaso. Si en algún momento me vuelve a doler un poco, me las pongo y listo, desaparece. Los médicos y los fisios nunca las recomiendan, quizá ni saben que existen, pero sus tratamientos no funcionan, el médico me puso una plantilla dura y me destrozó. Estas plantillas Soul insole son lo único que realmente funciona.

I was training for a half marathon and even after 2km my arches would ache and I would frequently have to stop. As a 15st (male) the pounding the arches were taking even in proper running shoes was making it very difficult to run. I researched my options to try and help this problem and found these. I don't know why they are so expensive as they are essentially just two bits of soft moulded gel! However they worked brilliantly, I no longer had ANY arch pain when running and successfully completed my 1/2 marathon in Bristol last weekend. Get them - they work!
