Mixes well in 4 ounces of cold water-shake in a half pint jar or mix in your smoothies. You can even just let it dissolve in your mouth if you choose. Lowers my BP and weight and helps me keep my potassium up! Perfect!

Product is as advertised, it's very easy to use in smoothies and healthy "shots", the flavor is mild and not overpowering

I've been using this product daily since the year 2000, that's about 19 years at this point. I tell almost everyone I meet to buy it and try for 30 days. It does give you increased energy and just seems to fine tune all of your bodily functions, including but not limited to mental sharpness. I take it every morning and will continue to do so, I'm still not accustomed to the taste but the results are worth it. It does taste like grass...because it is. I even have my kids taking it in smaller doses and will work them up to the larger one eventually. Don't be a punk and order the pills, instant gratification baby!!! Drink the grass!!!
