Are the frame bag and front rack removable?

Yes. The bag arrives attached, the rack is not attached. The bag is held by Allen head screws (like water bottle bosses) inside the bag. Both can be installed or removed in a matter of minutes, as your needs change.

Anyone know the actual number of teeth on crank and rear cassette? eg 50/34T front, 12-28 rear?

We're the same height. A 60cm frame would be a better fit.

Would it be possible to upgrade this bike to a 1X11 drive?
