I was looking for a substitute for those really expensive sprout powders, I keep seeing in my Instagram ads. I came across this and I love that it is simply two ingredients, broccoli, sprouts and kale sprouts and that it’s organic. I just wanted a way to add more vegetables to my smoothie in an easy way. It does give a strong vegetable smell when mixed in, but I don’t really taste it in my blueberry pineapple smoothie. Hopefully these powders really are comparable to eating the real thing.

I love this product because it makes it much much easier to enjoy the benefits of organic sprouts without the hassle of growing and harvesting them. Since, these are freeze-dried, it becomes the closest to eating them fresh and reaping all the nutrients and enzymes which is very important. I like that two powerhouse sprouts are combined rather than just one ingredient, so that you can reap a bigger diversity of phytochemicals from the cruciferous family. It's not a finely milled powder, but more grainy which I like because then it's not overly processed. I really enjoy the strong peppery taste and eat it from the spoon. This is a product that I will regularly buy and am thankful for it's reasonable pricing compared to other competitors.

I wanted to try microgreens because I live in an area where fresh fruit and veggies are not only expensive, they do not naturally grow here most the year and imports are not good quality. Up to 80% of the nutrients in produce have already degraded by the time it reaches the consumer. I assume it is worse here as most produce is unavailable and the rest is picked before it is ripe and then half bad by the time it reaches us. Lots of it freezes on trucks and turns mushy too. Using freeze dried seems the most effective way to always get nutrient density. I just don’t have time to grow my own but want to take care of my body. I add this to diluted black currant juice. I also add in 2 teaspoons of freeze dried blueberry powder. The drink is delicious, full of nutrients and I am motivated to make it and drink it because it is delicious. I wish it wasn’t as expensive but I entirely understand why it IS so expensive. It is less expensive than lots of the produce in my area in terms of nutritional value per ounce. I LOVE that it doesn’t taste like broccoli or Kale.

I have bought this product a couple of times. Very tasty! Great way to add in more greens to my smoothies when on the go! Also a good addition to a soup base.

Like the Nutritional benefits. Would like to know how compares to fresh sprouts. Tastes a little strong, bitter. I mix in cup of broth or other veges.

For me, this product is a game changer. I cannot eat these types of ingredients in the raw form but need them as a part of my diet. The taste is fine & a bonus is that I can eat it right off the spoon without having to mix with anything. I do also mix with my cooked veggies. Very happy to have discovered this brand.

Just a teaspoon or two you can sprinkle on your food or in your salad. My folic acid level was low on my last blood test and after using this for a while when I went back for another blood test the doctor was very surprised at my level.

I thought it would be chalky and bland, but it's quite good and adds a great flavour to a chocolate protein shake.
