As long as you follow the 311 rule. 3 oz of liquid, in 1 quart size bag, per 1 person. TSA considers liquids anything that CANNOT be contained in a container, such as gels, aeresols, pastes. Toothpaste, balms, creams, lotions. So, if you put in this handy dandy bag bottles of liquids or gels or pastes more than it would fit in a quart size bag you will not be following the 311 rule.
