Very solid product, like it's heavy duty. My dog door opening is not a standard size so I had to buy this XL size. I cut it to fit the opening and it was easy to retro fit. Works perfectly. Would recommend and purchase again.

Easy install, exact fit due to the adjustability of my frame. I used my existing screws because the ones included were too long. Just wish there was an adhesive tape band to cover the exposed parts of the screw holes because this one seats low, but an easy thing for me to accommodate. The most important thing is the replacement flap seals well so no more draft during this harsh winter when my old one wears out.

I have a large petsafe doggy door. The petsafe flap never did close completely. I purchased a replacement a few years ago and it was the same way. This brand fits better than the original! For the first time in years, the flap actually closes and keeps the air out. The screw holes even line up better! I'm completely satisfied and I'll purchase again in a couple years.

The flaps were good quality and fit perfectly. Unfortunately, the screws they come with did not fit well in the door bracket. When I communicated this issue to the company they handled my concerns immediately and were intent on fixing the issue. Very very impressed by the experience.

The bottom of the flap was rolled up in the box. Because it’s thick plastic and fairly cold outside I haven’t been able to get it to flatten out and fit right. Cold air from outside is blowing in on the sides because it is bowed a little still. I put it on a heater vent before installing it and that didn’t help.

Ordered to replace flap I had. Dogs didn’t like door shut so I think they tried to chew the flap off to get in house. About had the flap tore off.

This product is not a direct replacement for the small Petsafe flaps. They are too wide and the plastic they are made of is not flexible enough, especially in a cold climate. I should have sent them back, but needed my pet door operational immediately. I trimmed the sides and shimmed th attachment points to get it to work. The doors still won’t operate correctly. Lots of infiltration and the outside flap stays open so the dog won’t use it. Extremely dangerous, the dog would freeze to death in our climate.

Great, easy to install as replacements. I take care of lots of dogs, all sizes when people go away on holidays and it gets constant use all day.

This was the first time I’d purchased a replacement that wasn’t brand name, it’s a perfect fit and the screws were genius. Highly recommend.
