Women's Mesh Ruffle Swim Skirt Waistband 3 Layered Swimwear

This swim skirt is so cute and incredibly flattering! It provides great coverage while still looking stylish and feminine. The material is high quality, lightweight, and flowy, making it very comfortable to wear all day. It fits beautifully and pairs perfectly with my swim top. I would definitely purchase this swim skirt again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flattering, comfortable swimsuit bottom.

I love this bathing suit bottom, it’s awesome for swimming or just relaxing. It looks good and feels good and wears well and it seems to be pretty sturdy so I really am enjoying it. I’m gonna order more of different colors.

I don't understand why this has several reviews for "running small." They must not have read the size chart, because the fit is exactly to the chart; meaning that it actually RUNS LARGE compared to most swimsuit manufacturers. I'm usually a Medium (in Speedo, Arena, and Tyr swimsuits), so I ordered a Medium without looking at the chart for this skirt and it's too big for me. I will probably have to SIZE DOWN to a Small for an accurate fit. Medium in their size chart is 28.5 - 30.5" inch waist, but my waist is actually 27.5", so this is too loose for me. This design has 3 - 5 layers of fabric, depending on how you count them. 1) white panty. 2) colored boy shorts. 3-5) x3 layers of mesh ruffles. It's uncomfortable to wear this over a 1-piece swimsuit, because then there's waaay too many layers of fabric going over your crotch and around your leg holes. That might cause chafing when you kick to swim or even just walk around or sit down. This skirt is very modest while still cute and feminine, if you're looking for a swim skirt to cover up your bum and hips, but it really has to be part of a two-piece set outfit (with a bikini or tankini top or swim shirt) and not a coverup for a one-piece, unless you're willing to cut the panty layer out of it. The panty layer is a bit excessive/overkill and does create a visible panty line, if your mesh ruffles flutter up.

Color: Well, the "red" is more of a wine/violet. From the picture I expected more of a brick red. In only one sunbeam did it come close, all other lights lean to the more purple side of that spectrum. Size: I ordered a medium, and I am 5'1", 125 lbs, curvy. It fits, but not flattering where it hits. If I pull it up to cover my navel, the boy short section comes right to the top of my legs & is not super comfy. If I let it sit below my navel comfortably, it hits at a cush section of belly softness (aka, I am fit but not a total hardbody, and am in my 40's, so a bit of hormone belly that I am trying to overcome). It does not dig in anywhere- it is not too small- but perhaps a larger size would cover more of my belly while not riding up high (or, it might just be too loose). Feel: I am not loving that there are both panties and boy shorts. Feels odd to have two leg holes. But, I appreciate the coverage if the boy shorts when I wear the suit bottom below my navel. The skirt itself is pretty, and I love the coverage of my bum and upper thighs. I want to love this, but I just don't look that great in it, and maybe the leg holes will bother me more in actual use, so...not sure if I am gonna keep it.

This actually was a great idea and pursued. I lost weight and purchased a new bathing suit. The skirt shorts works really well for my coverage I wanted. Great solution! Buy it! Buy more then one. It’s very cute.

This swim skirt is the absolute best in quality, fit, price, versatility and for hiding any imperfections you have in the stomach area. I feel so confident when I wear this bottom. It’s true to size and the material is perfect. I’ll be ordering more in the different colors that are available!.

Good fit and cute ruffle design

I love this swim skirt bottom. It's actually the 3rd one I buy in different colors. I love the fit and it makes me feel comfortable as it covers my upper thighs just enough and also love the layers as it adds some fashion flare. It is true to size. A little pricey for just the bottom piece but worth it for buying something you feel good wearing which often lacks for me in swimsuits.

The fit is consistent with the size chart and the skirt is exactly as pictured. Quality is very good.

I was very surprised to see that it fits big based off of reading the other comments. The waist band is loose fitting. I also found the fabric on the outside (skirt portion), wasn’t nicely set up, looked awkward. Maybe if I got a size down it would’ve been better. It’s cute but just not for me
