Does the laptop use a voice for some of the activities and if so does the voice use a UK or American accent (or other!)?

I got the Frozen version for my 6 year old which is in English and French. The "laptop" for Frozen comes in a mild American almost English accent. Its not too irritating and easily understood. And in French, the accent is Parisian.
