These tablets are brilliant!! I only take one in the morning because two make my stomach too acidic, but I no longer feel bloated, ever, and my stomach is slightly flatter. I never seem to get ill anymore either. Have purchased several times. Vegan friendly too 😊

Apple Cider Vinegar in tablet form
I've been drinking Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar on a daily basis for a few years now to help digestion. It seems that these tablets contain almost the equivalent of drinking a glass of vinegar with out the after taste. It is vegan and gluten free. It is also made in the UK, weather that is with UK apples I don't know but it's premium quality and fully tasted. They are quite large tablets and but easy to swallow and there is no excessive after taste even though when opening the lid of the bottle the aroma of Vinegar is unavoidable. If you don't like the taste of Apple Cider Vinegar then this is an easier way to get the same benefits . And with 120 tablets for just under £7 it's a lot more cost effective as well.

Buy the pure apple cider.
Apple cider vinegar is good for you, it helps with your gut . I have been taking them for years, but only use the pure cider not with added supplements. I’m my late 70’s. And would recommend using it
