Everyone should have arnica in their emergency kits in their car, purse and medicine cabinets for those unexpected falls, bumps and bruises. I like to purchase single ingredient homeopathic medications. This is just Arnica Montana 200x, which is the highest strength I have found on Amazon or at RiteAid. I use it for pain and inflammation.

I’ve never found a lot of benefit from homeopathic remedies but I ordered this after a dental procedure for pain. It was recommended by a holistic dentist. Did not help in the slightest.
