Can this be use for someone in a wheelchair

I think it could cover someone in a wheelchair nicely

how much does it weigh and how small does it fold down? picture?

In the pouch it weighs about 3/4 lbs and measures about 6" x 10" The pouch is zippered and has a nice wrist strap. I like this poncho because it is light weight and fits in my back pack.. I have used this watching high school football games and it has kept me warm and dry. I hope this answers your questions.

Going to disneyworld in june. does poncho rip? also some say they get wet.. does material seem like water penetrates more easily than plastic?

I've been in at least two downpours with this poncho and stayed dry. Very glad I bought this poncho as I was using it to cover me and my groceries walking with a walker 7 blocks in the weather - snow or rain- very successfully. I have never had any problems with the material ripping or seams coming apart. Plastic is an entirely different material.

Rainy Day Fun
