We have tried numerous treatments and therapies, but none provided the long-lasting relief he needed. That's when we discovered the Zyllion Back Massager, and it has been an absolute game-changer for him. From the moment we received the Zyllion Back Massager, we were impressed by its sturdy construction and ergonomic design. The high-quality materials used ensure both durability and comfort during use. The massager's compact size and portability make it easy to use at home or even while traveling. The Zyllion Back Massager offers a variety of massage techniques, including shiatsu, kneading, rolling, and heat therapy. This versatility allows my husband to customize his massage experience based on his specific needs. The shiatsu technique, in particular, mimics the hands of a skilled masseuse, targeting deep tissue and relieving tension effectively. The heat therapy feature is a significant advantage, providing soothing warmth that helps relax muscles and alleviate pain. It enhances the overall massage experience, offering a gentle and comforting sensation. My husband finds the combination of heat therapy and massage incredibly soothing, providing relief to his sore and stiff muscles. What truly sets the Zyllion Back Massager apart is its ability to target specific areas. It comes with adjustable straps that allow you to secure it to your preferred spot, ensuring precise and targeted relief. My husband can easily position the massager on his lower back, upper back, or neck, depending on where he needs relief the most. Another noteworthy feature is the built-in automatic shut-off timer, which ensures safe usage and prevents overheating. This feature provides peace of mind, especially when using the massager before bedtime or during longer massage sessions. Since my husband started using the Zyllion Back Massager, he has experienced a significant reduction in back pain and improved flexibility. Daily use has helped him relax, release tension, and promote better circulation. It has become an essential part of his self-care routine, and he no longer relies solely on pain medication. Overall, the Zyllion Back Massager has been a true blessing for my husband's post-accident back pain. Its versatile massage techniques, heat therapy, targeted relief, and user-friendly design have made it an indispensable tool in his pain management journey. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking an effective and reliable solution for chronic back pain. Review: Zyllion to the rescue!! Thank you customer service! - UPDATE #2- 8-25-‘26 Since my last update, I was able to contact customer service at Zyllion! I spoke with Ernest. He was extremely helpful and polite. And since I was within the three year warranty period, he sent me a BRAND NEW massager!!! The new one is working great and I am extremely grateful for the great customer service and that I have my massager again. Thank you Ernest, and Zyllion! UPDATE- I’ve had this massager for 2 1/2 years now. But I only use it once or twice a month, if that often. I really enjoy it when I do use it! Problem is, it will not hold a charge now. It will do one massage and then it will not turn on again unless I put it back on charge. I know I’ve had it for a couple of years, but for not using it often, I would think it would last better. Very frustrating. I cannot get a hold of anyone to help me figure out how to fix the problem. Went to the Zyllion store page, and can’t find help there either. Tried troubleshooting or getting help through desertcart, but it just keeps me in a “revolving door”, with no point of help. I hope to hear back from someone through desertcart or Zyllion to help me figure out how to fix this. Love that this is cordless. I like that the massage will rotate from one direction to another. Love the heat option. Wish I could use it more comfortably on the base of my head, though, it’s a little too hard and powerful for that. But other than that, I am really enjoying it. Holds a very long charge. ## Features - Advanced 3D Deep Tissue Massage: Ease sore and stiff muscles with two soft silicone nodes on each side; Soothing kneading sensation penetrates through painful knots on your upper, lower back (lumbar area); Up to 2+ hours of cordless massage - Recommended by Doctors of Physical Therapy: The electric massager is regularly used in clinics; Features 2 speeds and rotation control to help alleviate arthritis, sciatica, stress and discomfort; A therapeutic solution to reduce muscle soreness - Rechargeable & Versatile: Ergonomic to fit your body's contours: arms, hands, legs and feet to relieve plantar fasciitis; Velcro straps secure massager to a chair or car headrest for travel (car adapter included); Can be used while plugged in - Tested & Certified: Built with safety in mind, heat has overheat protection and auto shutoff after 15 min; Nodes auto-rotate every minute for balanced coverage and improved circulation to prevent muscle overuse, irritation, and uneven massage - USA Based Company: Enjoy peace of mind with a 3-year warranty (1-year automatic + 2-year extension with registration); If issues arise, we’ll replace your massager, cover, or accessories; Designed for all body types and relieves chronic back pain ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B093CPYD42 | | Battery Average Life | 1.5 hours | | Best Sellers Rank | #62,197 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #189 in Electric Back Massagers | | Brand | Zyllion | | Brand Name | Zyllion | | Charging Time | 4 hours | | Color | Black (Zma-34rb) | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 516 Reviews | | Form Factor | massage pillow | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00850001290197 | | Included Components | power adapter, car adapter, pull-over sleeve | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 13"L x 9.5"W x 3.5"H | | Item Highlight | Doctor Recommended, Cordless, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, 3D Kneading, 2 Speeds, Rotation, Muscle Therapy, AC Adapter, Rechargeable | | Item Nype Name | shiatsu back and neck massager | | Item Weight | 3.5 pounds | | Manufacturer | Zyllion | | Manufacturer Part Number | ZMA-34RB-BK | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | 3 Year Warranty: 1 Year Automatic + 2 Years Extended (with Product Registration) | | Massage Therapy Technique | Kneading, Shiatsu | | Massager Form | Massage Pillow | | Material | Faux Leather | | Material Type | Faux Leather | | Model Name | Rechargeable 2 Speed Back and Neck Massager | | Model Number | ZMA-34RB | | Other Special Features of the Product | Auto Shut-Off, Bi-Direction Control, Cordless, Heat, Speed Control | | Power Source | Battery Powered | | Product Benefits | Fatigue Relief, Flexibility Improvement, Muscle Therapy, Pain Relief, Stress Relief, Tissue Therapy | | Product Grade | Home | | Specific Uses For Product | Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Myofascial, Neuropathy, Sciatica | | Style Name | Rechargeable (Cordless) | | Target Use Body Part | Back, Foot, Leg, Neck, Shoulder | | UPC | 850001290197 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Use for | Back, Foot, Leg, Neck, Shoulder | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Zyllion - **Item Weight:** 3.5 pounds - **Material:** Faux Leather - **Power Source:** Battery Powered - **Use for:** Back, Foot, Leg, Neck, Shoulder ## Images ![Shiatsu Rechargeable Massage Pillow (ZMA-34RB) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81EpV8FapFL.jpg) ![Shiatsu Rechargeable Massage Pillow (ZMA-34RB) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/811S+LOpm1L.jpg) ![Shiatsu Rechargeable Massage Pillow (ZMA-34RB) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81v2gk7FwRL.jpg) ![Shiatsu Rechargeable Massage Pillow (ZMA-34RB) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81XiyRqBbEL.jpg) ![Shiatsu Rechargeable Massage Pillow (ZMA-34RB) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81G6hau8XSL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: I need a new replacement cover, power adapter or sleeve. How can I order one?** A: We can provide you with a new cover, power adapter or sleeve for free! No cost to you. **Q: Is this cordless and rechargeable?** A: Yes, red lights on the massage nodes will flash while device is charging. Lights will stop flashing when device is fully charged. Unplug the device once its fully charge. About 1.5+ hours of usage with heat and 3+ hours without heat. **Q: I work from home and in the office, is there a way to secure the massager onto my chair?** A: Yes, the massager has adjustable Velcro straps located on the back of the massager. Wrap the straps around the back of your chair and secure with the Velcro. Now you can enjoy a hands-free massage while you work. **Q: My product does not heat up as much as I'd like. Is it possible to make it hotter?** A: Unfortunately not. Since friction from the mesh combined with the heat function can create more heat sensitivity, we've erred on the side of caution to ensure our customers are safe. Please note, it may take 5-7 minutes to feel the heat. **Q: My product is not turning on or no longer works. What should I do?** A: Make sure your product's cord connection is secure as it should snap (*clicks*) into place. We also recommend using the car adapter and if it powers on, we can provide you with a new replacement power adapter at no cost to you. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best!! *by R***. on December 14, 2023* My husband suffered a car accident three years ago, and ever since, he has been dealing with chronic back pain.
