Does aquascape waterfall foam fix the leaking on a rv black water tank?

I never tried to use it that way. Sorry.

Can this foam be painted or stained to lighten the color when used on a light colored rock waterfall? Does it come in any other color?

I hope you like black..... it seems to come in only one color and I very much doubt it can be painted and stay that way. You might consider a stain when it is still wet and mixed in.... but that sounds like a very sloppy endeavor.

What can I use to clean this off of my hands?

Hello Troy, Instructions advise wearing gloves for protection from the product. Taken from the SDS... P262- Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. P264- Wash hands and other skin areas exposed to material thoroughly after handling P302+P352+P333+P313 IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical attention In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of soap and water. Foam will stick to skin, gently wipe product from skin with a damp cloth and wash with plenty of soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before reuse.
