These have always been good, great for teeth and gums for your furry friends. Yes I do understand that they are expensive but I believe that it can be expensive in the process of these Pizzles. Tooth hygiene is very important and should not be overlooked.

The thick version of these are definitely thicker than the NAW pizzle (£9 for 5), but they're also shorter. They smell very strongly of dried urine. I can't have these on the sofa because of the smell, whereas that isn't a problem with the NAW ones. I haven't tried any other brands to compare otherwise. I buy stinky sticks for my ~3kg Yorkie who loves to chew, and she definitely prefers these ones. Probably because they really do stink. Its quite vile, and lingers in the air as well as all over her face. Luckily she isn't a kisser! I have to wipe down her beard regularly as little bits dry into it otherwise. The NAW ones are a bit more waxy smelling, like other dead animal parts, but you can definitely tell that these are pizzle. They smell like unwashed crotch. I haven't noticed that they last any longer or shorter than the others. It's about the same. But she will chew on these for hours at a time, until there's just the nub screwed into her Chewise holder left, whereas the NAW ones are more likely to end up under a blanket. No matter which you buy, these aren't cheap, and they're not particularly long lasting either (especially when compared to a horn, antler, or yak chew). They are supposed to be good for their teeth though, and my dog very obviously gets a lot of satisfaction out of chewing on them, so as a weekly treat it really isn't an unreasonable cost.

I bought these for my dog as we have been looking for long lasting chews. These took my dog about 15 minutes to chew. They were small length wise and a little thick. They smelt a little but my dog appeared to like them. They are good value for money however I am still looking for a chew that can last longer.

Well, on behalf of Tiggy and Gracie, I can confirm these are absolutely deliciously chewy and tasty and last a really long time so the humans can have a quiet evening! Stinky though once saliva makes contact 🤭! Highly recommended.

Don't know why I have to keep giving reviews but here we go again ........ my dog loves them, initially as a pup it would keep him occupied for a hour in the pub but now not so long, he only gets one a day btw.

They are priced well and as described, thick a little shorter than I had realised but that's my fault for not checking. Dog happy and that's all that matters. They help keep his teeth clean.

This is probably the most disappointing dog treat I ever bought. They are the size of a crayon, it’s like a toothpick for my dog. Advertised as “long lasting” well maybe for a pug, but not for the price?! Pack of 10 whole pig ears cost about same. Won’t be buying again.
