Very effective. Dries quickly. Skin feels great afterwards. Be careful when using other acne products at the same time to avoid irritation.

My teenage daughter had some stubborn (small bump) acne on her forehead that would never fully go away with other masks. These did the trick. I had watched a youtube video of a dermatologist who recommended this brand, she said the sulfur would clear both bacterial and fungal acnes. My daughter said it even took away some stubborn blackheads on the upper part of her nose. Her skin looks great. I would recommend it.

Effective, but drying

Edit: This review only applies to the old formula of this product. The new formula I just received does not turn blue at all. This listing makes it sound like the mask turns blue on its own after it sits on your skin for a while - this is not the case. The comments make it sounds like the mask doesn't turn blue at all - this is also not the case. The mask turns blue (and needs to turn blue to be fully activated), but you must follow the right steps. The instructions on the package have you apply the mask to wet skin (important) and massage it until the mask turns blue. You then leave the blue mask on for 10 minutes before washing it off. What happens is that there are little blue beads in the mask. The water on your skin of pressure of massaging crushes/dissolves these little blue beads and mixes them with white portion of the mask to turn it a light sky blue. Sometimes you need to find and intentionally crush the little blue beads with your fingers. Mixing the blue beads into the white portion of the mask activates the ingredients - the mask is not as effective if it is not fully activated. It is a small bottle and the mask is a thick consistency. However, applying it to a wet face does make the amount go further than you'd think. With that PSA out of the way I'd like to say that this mask has been a game changer for my skin. I'm currently using it daily on my whole face and I'm seeing real improvement in my severe acne. I may be able to use it less often to maintain once my skin is clear.

LOVED THIS -WHY DID YOU CHANGE THE FORMULA?!!! BRING THIS ONE BACK, PLEASE!!! Coconut Acid (in new version on a different Amazon page) won’t work for anyone with SebDerm!! You’re going to lose customers over this!! Please bring this version back!! It was perfect!! I can’t use the new one. :-(

I’ve been dealing with fungal acne that has been stubborn and so hard to treat. I’ve been seeing great improvement with this mask. It’s fairly gentle and doesn’t irritate my skin. Also love that it’s FSA eligible!

This stuff has worked wonders for any breakouts that I’ve gotten. I have the most sensitive skin too and this doesn’t burn or sting. I can put it on before bed and my zit will be gone in the morning. Even if I can see just blackheads, if I put this on the area, when I wake up, my skin is clearer the next day. I’ve tried multiple sulfur products and this one seems to work the best. It does have a darker blue tint than some other brands, but it doesn’t stain my pillowcases or anything. It really has been the best one I’ve tried so far, too. I think this is the fourth or fifth time I’ve ordered it from Amazon, and no matter which other ones I try, I keep going back to this one. It doesn’t over-dry my skin either, which is a huge deal for me since my skin is dry anyways. I’ve even given this to my husband to try for his breakouts and he likes it too! It really works well! I am always worried I won’t be able to find this miracle product one day…

So far have used this twice as a mask. I found that it does dry super fast while I'm rubbing it in, I put it on my wet face but still have to re-wet my fingers after about 30 sec. I can't leave it on for the recommended 10 min bc my face starts feeling uncomfortably dry and it dries completely after just a few min, anyway. Maybe I'm not using enough? Though the tube is super small, I'm worried that if I use more than a dime size the tube will be empty in less than a month. I thought the tube would have been way bigger, but my fault for not double checking the amount of product. It doesn't specify how much product you should be using & I kinda wish it did, tbh. After the mask I slather my face with moisturizer bc of the fact that it's super drying. So far haven't noticed much of a difference with my blackheads, but I'll give it some time. Though seriously don't let any of that deter you! I had a few wild whiteheads that were beginning to pop up and decided to use this overnight as a spot treatment. When I woke up and washed it off, there was seriously ZERO trace of any whiteheads or redness. I'm shocked. I was about to give up on this bc of how drying it is as a mask, but I've NEVER had a spot treatment work so well, so I'll continue to use it and hope it doesn't get discontinued. This is def my new HG spot treatment! I'll have to update & post a before/after pic next time I notice some pimples beginning to pop up!!

My skin is oily and i ve always had blackbeads and acne. I am very satisfied with the results use after use... Less acne less blackheads.

Unless your skin is too oily, this product will dry your skin out.

En verdad ayuda con los granitos. Yo me lo dejo toda la noche, pero es mejor checar cada quien pues hay pieles más sensibles. Ayuda con la inflamación

Me sorprende que tenga tan buenas reseñas y el único pero sea el olor. El olor, para nada es un tema de molestia, si huele un poco a azufre pero nada que irrite nariz u ojos. El producto en mi opinión no sirvió para absolutamente nada. Cambia de color por unas bolitas azules como las que vienen en algunos los exfoliadores faciales de farmacia, pero no porque haya alguna reaccion con la piel. No lo volvería a comprar, aunque poir el precio valía la pena probar. Las cosas buenas normalmente no salen baratas.
