I found it effective for knee pain and hyperglycemia
surprisingly effective for my knee pain and lowers blood sugar quite a bit. It is apparently a Co enzyme A precursor, tho I've not figured out why it has the effect it has yet. Life Extension products are one of the suppliers that I get an assortment of supplements from and are a good quality and very reliable. Their website has much educational info as well.

Effectiveness: very effective at lowering cholesterol , and cortisol but if you think its going to stop gray hair it wont ! Quality: Life Extension has great quality and i take many different kinds of supplements from this company and always good! Value for money: Life Extension has a good price point for good quality vitamins

Take em daily
Good product - added to my daily regimen. Deducted one star bc it smells like bandaids or rancid hand cream. They should def fix the smell of these.

Helps with sleep, crankiness in old fogey
I am old and having symptoms of low dopamine. I read that B5 helps with that. I tried it and it really does help me sleep better. Also, I'm not as cranky.

Developed a bad smell like rancid oil
Developed a bad smell after 2 weeks. Smelled like rancid oil. I checked with LE customer service and this is not a usual complaint from their customers. I will order from them moving forward. Wonder about the storage temperature of this seller possibly damaging the product?
