Hormonal improvement
I bought this as a last attempt to help my hormonal acne. I have now been taking these pills twice a day for a week. Unfortunately I can’t really speak on how they’ve affected my acne because I was on my period post my second dose of Pfizer, so everything was whack this week but I WAS NOT READY for spry bedroom energy! I feel like I’m 21 again. In regard to easing PMS symptoms and acne, I drank maca tea for about 3 months before getting the capsules and I did see a huge difference in the past. Mind you all, I do not trust supplements and non-traditional medicine the way I trust medicine but WOW. Maca is truly amazing.

Gained weight within just two weeks of using this. I loved it so much I had my husband take them as well. It’s just been a week and we’ve seen some slight changes.
