Good quality supplement
Great supplement. 2 capsules per day or every other day is fine for me. Tablet on the larger size but still easy to swallow. Good ingredients and decent value for money.

Top quality product
I bought this upon the recommendation of someone who regularly buys the best supplements they can and who is very discerning. This is made in Finland and near to where they live. He said it was the best he'd ever had and he could feel it made a difference to their health. Probably best to take with a meal, as each capsule is 1g/1000 mg and it suggests you can take two a day. Still well in safe limits as I've taken 3g a day in my youth, but that's much higher than the piddling UK recommendations where they think 1 orange is enough which is about 35mg or so. Can be opened and sprinkled into fruit juice/yoghurt as I am doing for my elderly mother who cannot swallow pills any more. Top quality.
