Also it is very heavy so not really portable **Q: Is it me because used for the first time and it’s like the sweet chilli chicken is welded on the the hot plate. How do I clean it?** A: Because the hot plate is made from cast iron you can scrape it as hard as you like to get anything off. In the future use a little oil (To prevent it sticking) and shortly after you start cooking slide a flat knife under whatever you are cooking to 'unstick' It it will then come off easily when cooked. **Q: My smashed burgers got stuck to the plate. I used olive oil.
