Super disappointing experience, look elsewhere 😱

This was a perfect storm of bad, shockingly bad doesn't begin to sum it up. First they shipped it in a bottle with NO stopper, no seal of any kind . And look out they REFUSE any returns. There are so many well made essential oils out there by trustworthy companies, my advice would be to look elsewhere 😱 PS the oil it self was the poorest quality that I have ever had the misfortune to come across.
