Used these for my 2-3 hour bike rides for hydration. I add a touch of apple cider vinegar to keep cramps at bay, just in case.. imo, it enhances the flavour too.

Taste of tablets is good,one table is sufficient for 500-600 mL. Unfortunately, tables are already sticking together and take longer to dissolve. Nevertheless still happy with the product.

I was always a very active person. I liked to be out and about, I enjoyed doing anything that kept me moving, and so I did a ton of skateboarding, BMX riding, rollerblading, long walks, hikes, etc. All the activities that make you sweat. I also used to like wearing black hats. I noticed that my black hats would always get this white crust on them, and it was a lot. It was sodium. I never thought much about it. But I was diagnosed with an incredibly rare heart condition that is based on electrolyte deficiencies. That's where the salt on my hats comes in. My body expels it and my heart doesn't get enough and it is extremely dangerous. Nuun is the only thing that helps. I actually used Nuun very regularly before my diagnosis, but I never thought that anything was wrong. I just knew Nuun always made me feel better almost instantly. I always had, and still, to this day, have a tube of Nuun on me at all times. My doctor told me that Nuun likely saved my life on multiple occasions. I was strongly advised to keep using it. And so I do. I don't know how many times my heart would have given out from a sodium deficiency, but I know I've been in a lot of situations where I felt very sick. It allowed my body to properly rehydrate itself. It does its job perfectly. It helps me get back up and going quick. One tablet drop and it starts to break down in water or whatever else you might throw it in. It dissolves mercifully quickly. Thank you, Nuun. When I took my century bike rides, Nuun was there for me. And I personally think the Tri-berry tastes absolutely amazing. I LOVE it. I do want to say that I wish so much it could be a bit on the cheaper side. It is very, very expensive. In my case, Nuun is effectively medicine, not just something to help me after exerting a lot of energy. So I will keep buying it at whatever price, but I just have a hard time with the price. But, again, it has saved my life. And I can never thank you enough, Nuun.

Be careful because these can definitely cause inflamed and swollen tastebuds if you are eating them instead of mixing them with water. These are absolutely amazing. Once I started implementing proper fuel on my runs I just felt so much better and never cramped. This is also a really good deal compared to what you’ll find in store. Good flavor. If you’re thinking about trying these , just do it.
