44" Wood Fired Stainless Steel Artisan Pizza Oven or Grill with Waterproof Cover, Outdoor or Indoor

To be fair I wanted to used the oven for a bit, before giving a review. So, I gave this product a five because, I couldn't give it a 4.4 stars.Assembly instructions weren't the best, but it was fairly easy to assemble. The only inferior part was the vent pipe cap; cheap for the construction of the rest of the oven. It is well constructed and easy to use.The draw back was: it came with no cooking manual, so, it took a while to figure out, the physics of the heat distribution. But, once I dialed the heat in, it works great.Remember. the thermostat is on the right side of the unit, so, if you keep the fire on the same side, as the thermostat, all is good. I scorched a couple of things in the beginning, but now I have it.And, It holds heat well, so, you will have to experiment with cooking, with the door on or off.I will recommend this oven to my friends, but tell them that the cooking temps. in cook books, probably won't be accurate.

Needs better instructions. Packed well but wooden handles on tools were moldy. Missing most lock washers and directions are very vague.Update have yet to be able to get oven above 400 Fahrenheit and heat seems to dissipate very quickly. Again, how to use directions would help tremendously.

Shipping was great. Arrived nicely packaged. Took it all apart before we tried to move it. Instructions not so good. Missing some steps but looked at pictures online to complete it. Started with small fire and gradually increased. Recommend fire in middle then push aside so you have nice warm floor to cook pizza crust. The not so good is the thermometer seal melted on first fire. But it cooked amazing pizza. Off to buy rib steaks to try in the oven tonight. Will let you know.

Well received this pizza oven as a thank you gift, and noticed i did not get a cover or brush with it...This is a beautiful pizza oven and hate to see it destroyed by weather due to items not delivered with it...The second picture did not come with this pizza oven. I would be more then happy to buy the cover just so its protected. Im sure this was a mistake made but for the cost of this it should have been in the box. I do have a mailing address in Niagara Falls ny, if it was sent there...
