Because there is such a variety of vitamins and minerals from a wide variety of greens in this product, I don't think this can be answered.  By reading the label, you can assess if this product has the vitamins and minerals you are looking for, and then compare that to a serving of kale or spinach, or beet greens, etc.

While it was a valuable measurement years ago, the USDA has since abandoned it due to inaccuracies and misinformation on how ORAC relates to the product's actual performance within the body upon consumption.
