Haven't passed any since but I keep taking them. **Q: What size is the capsule? i have trouble taking pills. if the taste wasn’t to bad i’d put it in a smoothie. anybody tried that?** A: I received these and saw the size and knew I would have a hard time swallowing them. I wrote to Amazon to see if they were returnable and was told by manufacturer that they can be opened and put on food or in a smoothie. The capsules are very easy to open so I put mine in a smoothie. Only affected the taste slightly.
