Can I buy the triple mount and use two monitors until I purchase a third? Are the two monitors on the outer arms able to be right next to each other?

Hi Ryan, yes you can use just two arms temporarily until you get the third monitor. If you have enough clearance at the back of the desk, the two arms are able to adjust to be side-by-side.

Has anyone used this on a moving desk?

I have the double-monitor mount attached to a sit-stand desk. It works great as long as you have enough slack on the monitor power cables.

Great mount for desk against a wall

Solid build and good material quality. It's appreciated that it includes everything needed, you don't even need a screwdriver. I love the included optional grommet base in case I switch desks later on. Includes all parts if you only want to use one monitor, two monitors, and a grommet option, practically 3 in 1 FYI: Double check your monitor connections & removable base. Something I failed to take into consideration was my monitor's base attachment is placed in the lower back extending about 1.25" from the monitor and eats into the tilt range. Also, my connections are dead center just above this base and connect at 90 degrees out. My DisplayPort cable runs into the pole when tilting, I had to switch to the VGA connection that's next to it while I get an L adapter. Again, this is NOT an issue with the mount but an oversight on my personal equipment and someone might be in the same boat in the future
