I think it is the best motion sickness medicine. I island hop in the Philippines a lot. Bonine always works for me. Unfortunately I do not know the ingredients. If I took it at 8 am, will it last until I go to bed late that evening around midnight?** A: No, unfortunately it does not. I would recommend taking it every 8-10 hrs. If not more. It did not cause any drowsiness for me. Be sure to take it at least 30-45 minutes before you start to travel or do whatever it is you're doing.
