Disclaimer: I don't like vinegar based hot sauces. I struggled for a LONG time to find a hot sauce that WASN'T vinegar based. And then I found Yellowbird. Got to be honest here - the flavor profile of the Classic Blue Agave Sriracha is MAGNIFICENT. Subtle sweetness. Subtle heat. A thick, rich sauce that contains SO many flavors that complement WHATEVER food I put it on. And not JUST the Bue Agave Sriracha - Yellowbird's Jalapeno sauce is equally mesmerizing. I dont like the flavor of regular Sriracha but this stuff is way different. It adds an actual flavor and some heat without being overbearing. Its kind of sweet - works well on breakfast burritos or anything else really. The sweetness makes it a bit weird on things youd normally put hot sauce on like wings but its still very good IMO. Ive bought several bottles over the last year or so and the only thing is the heat can be different from batch to batch. Thats to be expected with 'small' batch stuff like this and is actually printed on the bottle. Im not a pepper head but can tolerate moderate heat. This stuff has never been overbearing or made me reverse blow (unless you drink a spoonful then its a bit spicy) and adds just a bit of heat. We always have a dozen or so hot sauces on hand and while I do like some heat, I hate the stuff thats just hot without flavor. I also hate the stuff thats so hot you have to reverse blow or need a drink or that leaves your mouth pouring out saliva non-stop. That just makes it unenjoyable. This stuff has flavor. Ive tried almost all of their flavors and I like them all. Their jalapeno is great and about the top of my heat level while still being enjoyable. The habanero is pretty hot. Tasty but only need a few drops. Its borderline too hot for me especially if you squirt it on all over. That one starts to be just heat and no flavor for me at least.

This brand is my favorite brand of hot sauce. This is also my favorite Sriracha. It's worth every single penny. It's a slightly sweet and spicy hot sauce. I use it on literally everything from eggs to tacos to pho.

Wonderful taste, mild/medium spice My fave sriracha

Since the shortage, I’ve been trying to find an alternative for my favorite hot sauce. I saw a lot of good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I tasted it, and it felt so familiar? Then I realized, it tastes like CHAMOY. It isn’t a bad thing, I was expecting more of a chili sauce than tangy. It does contain lime and tangerine juice, which gives it a little light consistency. You can’t really mix it with kewpie mayo for a spicy tuna/salmon rice bowl, which is a downer. It does contain a little bit of the chili purée, so for people with texture issues be aware. I did eat this with my sandwich today, and it tasted great! Will get again if anything.

I love this sriracha! I searched for Starbucks sriracha and found this one and it’s pretty darn close. All natural ingredients and I also like the hint of garlic and it’s not too hot for me.

Feels like a sriracha shortage and I decided to try Yellowbird instead of my usual (which I could only get in 2 litre jugs - sigh). It has been an excellent substitute for me. My only heads up is to go gently when first squeezing as the flow was a little fast for me until I got used to the nozzle.

Seriously tasty sauce. Very pleasant flavour, hot but you can be a bit more liberal than with some of the others I’ve tried. When it runs out I’m going to get another!
