Gorgeous
Got this for my bathroom renovation and it was perfect! The valve was easy to connect to and everything looks beautiful! Only complaint was you have you work with the spout arm and some plumbers tape a few times to get it to turn to the correct spot. But I had this issue with other shower faucets of this same style, so I think it’s normal. Figured it out, and we love it!

I love this rainfall shower head
I love this shower head, the waterfall covers my body, the handle is so easy to maneuver, and the shower pressure is so nice. I love the color as it make my bathroom look so rich, clean and neat.

Great price
I'm giving this 5 stars as the product looks like what is advertised. However, I was not able to install it as the valve I have is for moen showers only and I didn't want to cut out my current valve so I had to just get a moen shower handle but you can install any shower head. So if you're a newbie bear that in mind that each valve only works with certain products.

Missing parts
Got a used shower set. The box is clearly already opened and even torn in a spot. I opened the box to see if everything was there and I’m missing the valve. I got the shower head and the handle but no valve. There was empty packaging in the box. Returning

Very attractive in design and color
I like the color, sleek design, the shape, and the sturdiness of the fixtures, as well as the very easy to use handle. I only wish that it had multiple settings, instead of only one setting.

Beautiful shower head but didn't last
I bought this shower head in 2022 and the swivel is broken already. I barely move the swivel and it's loose and spraying water from the nozzle. I either need a replacement or refund.
