If I could go back, I'd get another brand
Well, I bought this for my grandmother, because she has an older TV and wanted to use an antenna to watch the news. I set it up for her and it worked great for about a month. Then, she told me that it wouldn't turn on. I thought it was maybe just the batteries. Changed the batteries and it still wouldn't turn on. I ended up trying to plug it up on another outlet. That didn't help either. So it either crapped out or the ac adapter shorted out. Either way, not what I expected for the $20 I spent. I guess I'll try another brand and hopefully it will last longer than this poor investment.

Major disappointment with product after short time
Got it installed. Worked for 4 months on secondary TV set. Did not use it very often, maybe 8-10 times all together. Main TV set is full digital. Today I turned onthe power to the surge box (that it was plugged into) and no power light! Plugged and unplugged and I finally got power to stay on for about 15 seconds and it went dead, and stayed dead. Boy, am I disappointed. I was surprised to receive a faulty product from Amazon Prime!!!

Don't buy it. Broke in 6 weeks.
This arrived Aug 17 2017 and worked great till 9/12/2017. When it crashed. There is no reset button or any way of bringing it back to life. When plugged in it won't light up, the display where it shows channel is blank.And is just few days past the replacement or refund window.

Previously reviewed when sent back. Only operated with the RCA rabbit ear antenna. Did not even work with the plate-type antenna from RCA. I was very disappointed. It did however work well with the rabbit ear antenna, but I need an antenna that is rugged and tough because kids are in my house.

worked fine, then just stopped
When first purchased, worked fine, then just stopped, screen and all. Should have read the bad reviews, other people complained also. As a prime member I expect better. Stopped working right after return window closed. Beware bad product..... And Amazon no stars for you for letting them sell this piece of ---- on here.

It has the tendency to shut off if it gets too warm. It wound up failing completely after less than 3 months. No troubleshooting relative to the issues I kept having. I checked the website for trouble shooting before it crapped out completely, and there was NOTHING. I wouldn't consider buy this thing from this company again.Sure, its 20 bucks, but its a wasted 20 bucks.
