Where specifically is the algae sourced from?

I think the question is regarding the source of the Astaxanthin. Is it AstaReal, AstaPure, AlgaLife, BioAstin or from CHINA? If capsules are not in oil - avoid! And the red algae is RED. Check out "3 easy ways to identify fake astaxanthin" online.

Should there be an internal seal over the bottle opening? Only had white cap with pull strip.

The white cap is the safety seal. Once the pull strip is torn off then contents are accessable. Safety seals, tamper/childproof bottles, expiration dates, all add to the cost of our products. Gone are the days when you could reach into a wide mouth tub or jar and grab a bagfull or handfull of "stuff". Throw a nickel on the counter and enjoy life! Dont worry so much.

The item description shows 10mg capsules. are these 10mg capsules as advertised or 4mg or 8mg as reported by some reviewers? thank you.

Back in January mine($17.99) were 4mg caps. It said 8mg on the front and on the back, it said 2 caps were a 'serving'. The *New Formula*($23.99) being sold now, says 10mg and on the back it says 1 cap is the serving. .
