I can’t use this chair if it plugged in as I have a pa carmaker fitted. It is a comfortable chair but can’t be used for reclining.

I've just received this chair i got both boxes delivered together I've not found any faults or problems at the moment how ever the table is a bit slippy but I've put a mat on.

Wow, so conformable. For the price this is awesome to stretch out, I got the one with light as it adds an easy glow to the room. This is the best recliner I've had. Easy to use with the buttons, extra arm storage and doesn't weigh a ton. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a higher seat. Fits me and my dog perfect 😁

You get what you pay for. This chair is reasonably comfortable, very quite recline. Table far too smooth and slippery and on slight incline. I think the buttons and usb would be better on outside of arm. Quite basic to put together. If you are expecting to relax into pure luxury comfort then maybe this chair isn’t for you. But for under £400 it’s good value. Does what it says on the tin.

I bought this chair back in 2022 and I had my doubts about it but as I was suffering with long covid and severe chronic lower spine pain I just couldn't be bothered with the hassle and stress of returning it but I knew it wasn't made to a good standard as the arm rests had circular dents in them when I rested my elbows you can feel the hard wood which should be padded, and the base didn't feel very comfortable but I just persevered with it for about a year, eventually I removed the chair as I just couldn't get any comfort from it so gave up on it for 2 years and put it in a spare room were just visitors could sit on it or my partner but I couldn't get any comfort from it whatsoever, my partner did put a throw over it to try and make it more comfortable as you can feel the springs coming through the top of the mattrial as there just isn't hardly any foam support matterial in the base it's very poor quality infact TERRIBLE quality, we just removed the cover throw we keep over the top of the chair and we've now noticed the stitching has come away so it's now ripped and the foam is coming out, this chair is defective due to poor workmanship and I paid £529 in 2022 it's RRP today is only £329 I wonder why, even the recliner part on both sides the matterial is falling apart at every stitching so ive had to put black gorilla tape everywhere to try and save this chair. in 2022 i did notice sharp screws cutting into the leather were no protection was put on the chair ive added photos to show I feel like I was ripped off 100% by this company and there terrible product and the seller just doesnt give a damn as they reply with sorry we only offer one year warranty, so basically they only guarantee a £500 chair to last 1 year and after that your on your own, what kinda business is that, a high valued item and they offer no help after 1 year are you kidding me. I'm not happy as now I have a chair that's not even usable for over £500 DO NOT BUY THIS PRIDUCT the chair is falling apart everywhere even though it's been taken care of and hardly been used for 2 years. UPDATE! so I paid £529 for this chair in May 2022 and now it's falling apart and as it's now March 2026 less than 4 years old Amazon won't even offer me an compensation and the seller doesn't give a damn. so now I have a chair that needs a professional seamstress which is going to cost me well over £100 to repair this chair, wish I'd taken out the extra warranty now oh well black duck tape will have to do for now :((
