Our classic brief, now with better eco-credentials. We’ve given our much-loved 7cm Brief an update using our super-durable new ECO Endurance+ fabric. Retaining the comfy, modernised fit and drawstring waist loved by swimmers the world over, it’s now made from 50% recycled materials and comes in a stylish pastel orange. Quick to dry and 100% chlorine resistant, it’s ideal for regular training sessions.

They're comfortable, lightweight and give me complete freedom of movement in the water without the additional material and drag you get from traditional swimming shorts. The 7cm cut is exactly what I wanted – compact enough for swimming properly without feeling excessively skimpy. The fit is close and supportive, while still being comfortable enough for a longer session in the pool. The material feels good quality and has a decent amount of stretch, while the drawstring waist keeps everything securely in place once you're in the water. They also dry considerably quicker than a normal pair of swimming shorts, which is handy when throwing everything back into my gym bag afterwards. Simple, comfortable and exactly what I'd expect from Speedo. If I'm heading to the pool specifically to swim rather than lounge around, these are definitely what I'll be reaching for.

I’ll be honest I don’t think I’ll really use these speedos as I’m too insecure around family but if I ever do go to the beach safe to say I will enjoy wearing them and the large range of movement without limitations these provide. They look super cute too! They fit fairly well but I do wish I went a size up as they can be somewhat clingy at the front. They work really well and are of a high quality and cannot wait to swim in them :)
