The picture of the handle has the different parts labeled. one says “built in fire starter”. how do i use that feature?

The metal prong throat connects the to clasps together and the center prong of the 3 prong clasp is round. Strike them together like u normally would any other firestarter. Also I could just let your borrow my mixtape ,straight fire.

Will this work with all the lids that come included with the iron flask

Hello, Yes, this works with all our wide mouth Iron Flask lids excluding the stainless steel lid. Thank you for your interest!

Hi there, I bought this handle 4 weeks ago and now the rope handle is coming apart. What should I do?

If you registered your flask, you should contact the sellers.
