Retested my levels after taking this for 6 weeks. Lowered cholesterol from: CHOL 288 & LDL 212 to CHOL 250 LDL 142 I am a fitness professional with a clean diet so my high cholesterol is clearly genetic. I've been using this for several years on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I don't have any effects from it and my cholesterol is a little lower but not as low as I thought it would be. It's a good value and I'll continue to purchase it.

There isn't anything that I dislike about the Cadane citrus bergamot. I live on the second floor and have to up a flight of 18 steps. I have noticed that I am going up faster and easier. I have more energy. I believe that it is even helping my gut. For the first time in quite a while I have the desire to go birding which requires a good bit of walking. Beside carrying my binoculars, I usually carry a 35mm digital camera with a 100 to 400mm zoom lens. Oh, I forgot to mention that I will be 76 years old in about six weeks. This product is awesome. Not only that it comes with two 60-tab bottles. That is four months' worth. Dynomite!

I've been struggling to get my cholesterol down under 200 since having a mild heart attack 9 1/2 years ago. The statins my Dr. wanted me to take caused side effects I didn't like. I received it on July 5, and began taking it. Now, less than 7 weeks later, I just got my test results, and my total cholesterol is down to 183. The other numbers are better, also, so I've ordered more, hoping at least to stay steady or maybe to improve even more!
