L'Oreal Paris Excellence Crème Hair Color, 6R Light Auburn

For the past 30 years, I've paid to have my hair colored in a salon. Lately the salon treatment is no longer in my budget. So, I decided to give this product a try (based on comments, reviews, and price). I was terrified, because I have never colored my hair myself. I couldn't be more pleased. The product was easy, easy, easy to use, only requires 30 mins wait time, comes with a conditioner that leaves my hair sooo soft and natural feeling, covers all gray, lasts 7-8 weeks, and I love the color. I ended up using 2 colors to achieve the exact color I wanted (Golden Brown and Medium Auberne). I highly recommend this product for ease of use, soft natural looking hair, longevity, and price. Now I just have to figure out how to do highlights.

I used this product for the first time as I generally have my hair colored at a salon. It turned out to be the most stunning mix of colors I’ve ever had with a hair dye. I’m naturally a medium auburn with highlights. This turned out to be a lighter shiny auburn with great copper highlights. It created a halo of light redness around my face where greys once were. I love how the coloring turned out. Well worth the $12 it costed versus $200 at the salon. Actually it’s a nicer color than most all my previous dye jobs.

Love the color, it definitely will dye your hair even if it’s super dark however if your hair was previously dyed keep in mind your roots will look more vibrant compared to your end… It’s likely my fault on how I applied it and something to do with my hair but most of the dye is more brighter in the back of my head whereas my bangs and front section didn’t seem to pick up too much pigment… I still like it though!

I have dark brown hair and stubborn grays. This color gave a great red I was looking for without any bleaching. Covered the grays and my dark hair. I would buy this again.

Softness Shine and amazing results. The creme is thick enough where it doesn't drip but still easy to apply. I color my roots 1st to cover my greys/new growth then apply all over. There is not a strong chemical smell either. Triple Care Hair Color with Hyaluronic Acid also has a shampoo included that lathers up so good. The creamy conditioner is the cherry on top. Beautiful end results that feel like I just left the salon. Long lasting color & shine without the salon cost.

Love this color. Comes out a bit darker than the box suggests. But fades to a nice red. Easy application. My favorite go to color.
