First look it is nice, but the skin doesn't absorbs it, when you sweat it will raise up as a mask on your face.

If there is any buckthorn in it, you can’t tell, which is strange as buckthorn is extremely difficult substance to conceal for its intense orange colour and oiliness. It’s a mystery what is actually in this cream- I had woken up with massive bags under my eyes after using the cream at night which never happened to me before. Not going to use it.

I've been a big fan of the Purito Unscented Centella Sunscreen, and I was very excited to find this new essential oil-free formulation of their sea buckthorn moisturizer. I really like the idea of sea buckthorn for skin in theory, and this was the first product I got to try it out in. I am thrilled!! This is nearly entirely free of any scent, and has the perfect cream gel texture that absorbs quickly and is fairly non greasy. Most importantly, I can wear this on top of serums and under sunscreen in 90+F, 50+% humidity, and it doesn't clog my pores and make a sweaty mess. Additionally, I have combo, sensitive skin, and this is a dream in terms of skin comparability! Even many "sensitive skin" products give me redness and a burning sensation, but this product feels soothing and does not make me break out. Well done, Purito!

Buonissima crema

This Purito sea buckthorn gel cream is very light and non-greasy. It absorbs very quickly into my skin, without any "residue" feeling being left on my skin. The cream is white, which surprised me as other sea buckthorn products I've used have been bright orange. At least with this one being white - I can wear it places other than just my house, as it's invisible on my skin. The cream is unscented. I've been wearing this cream as a step in my regular skin care routine, and it is playing well with my other skincare. Unlike a silicone based cream, this one doesn't pill when I put moisturizer/makeup/sunscreen overtop. I have dull, aging, combination skin that has a tendency to be sensitive. This cream is super light and doesn't clog my pores, and unlike vitamin c cream, it doesn't make my skin sting, it's very gentle. Has not caused any sensitivity for me. I do wear a moisturizer with this cream, as it isn't moisturizing enough on its own, at least not in wintertime. This cream is vegan and not tested on animals. It comes in a tube made from recycled plastic. It contains sea buckthorn and niacinamide, which I'm hopeful in time should brighten up my dull skin. All good things! This cream is powerful yet gentle - I like it.
