Don't see a problem. Not recommended for kids under 3 years. Stackable, so they safe space. 🤗

Can a two year old use it?

Yes. We use these in the classroom I work in. They sit on the floor and rock. They are used for figiting while in circle at school

Would these work for second grade ? Size wise?

Yes, definitely! I had them in a 3rd grade classroom and they were great. Just be careful that they don’t rock them backwards because they can hit their head.
